It breaks my heart that money was the thing that kept me away. I wanted to go and watch her more than anything!<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I've been out of work for about 6 weeks now, the second time since August. The first time was for 34 days, but I was only back to work 3 weeks before the lady I sit with ended up back in rebah for physical therapy again. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The struggle had began the first time, but I believed that getting back to work would help me to back on track before things were too bad. However, when she had to go right back it wasn't good! I decided to go ahead and file for unemployeement since I didn't the first time, and I started applying for other jobs because it became clear that mine was no longer reliable. However, I'm still waiting on unemployeement to approve or not and no response fromm any of the 20+ jobs I've appied for. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I've tried my best to stay positive and do what I canto stay afloat, but tonight really hit me hard!!! My daughter was very understandable, but she shouldn't have to be! She should have hadher parents in the audience supporting her just as the other kids did.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Christmas is 23 days away and I can't help but wonder will it be yet another disappointmen she may have to endure.... I sure hope not! I know gifts aren't the meaning of the Holiday, but it sure feels like the are a huge thing on the list of must-haves.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Don't get me wrong, I am very thankful, things could be much worse. We are healthy and have a roof over our heads!! Some don't have that this year!</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
However, I can't help but worry because if something doesn't change really soon we are going to start to lose things that we have worked really hard to get and get into a financial hole that it will take months/years to dig ourselves out of. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So, keep me in your prayers that things will turn around, if you don't mind. It releases some stress being able to get the worries out, if only for a minute!<br />
<br />
Happy Holidays! Wishing you and your family all the best!<br />
<br />

The wall behind our L-Shape Couch I claimed!! Well, It's been a while and hunting season is approaching and he's been joking with me, about being able to hang one or two on deer heads on MY WALL, NOT!!! I know he's joking because I have been talking about my BIG plans for it, for months .. So, it's NOT FUNNY! (lol)<br />
<br />
For a few months I have been throwing around ideas in my head for "my tree of life wall" & have come up with the perfect one... and he ain't getting it (LOL). I found some free cut outs of tree's that people have used to create beautiful wall art in their homes since I have been brainstorming; however, I just wanted something that I had not seen!! Then I seen something that brought what I wanted to Life!<br />
<br />
You see, I wanted to have a tree coming out of the edge of each side of my wall like it was coming together, as our families came together when my husband and I married. Then in the middle would be our little family that was the result. Sorta like a family tree, but different.<br />
<br />
Last week I had to order some materials for some decals I needed to make for a friend , and decided to get what I needed for "My Wall" project.<br />
<br />
Photoshop is my best friend (lol), so I had everything that I needed saved and ready when my package arrived, BUT I had to get my decals done first!! Ughh (lol)<br />
<br />
So Tuesday night after I was done with those I started cutting what I needed. Then I started applying it to the wall. When I started on the left side I begun to worry because it appeared so much smaller than I thought it would! (I'm kinda off with measurements lol) BUT I knew that much more needed to be done as well and it should come together in the end!!<br />
<br />
It was late, but finally I had all the big parts on.. my heart and the tree's entering at each side. This is what I got accomplished on Day 1...<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPbGeNKFTXdFhpjOt0aGi2-UmHw_gWzbI-Zi494XrOxXH6LcfCIT8_UKTMf_1wrnc5yFugBhFiMb3SMSNVpEOj1snWP0pVJODU_BcK9lkgCWVtY3MoVA8W81FlDTSxGTAHz3Ymw-1h_T9P/s1600/Our+Family+Tree+Wall+art.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="340" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhPbGeNKFTXdFhpjOt0aGi2-UmHw_gWzbI-Zi494XrOxXH6LcfCIT8_UKTMf_1wrnc5yFugBhFiMb3SMSNVpEOj1snWP0pVJODU_BcK9lkgCWVtY3MoVA8W81FlDTSxGTAHz3Ymw-1h_T9P/s640/Our+Family+Tree+Wall+art.jpg" width="580" /></a></div>
<br />
Day 2: Wednesday Night I waited on my teenage daughter to bring me my frames and picture that she was printing. BUT I didn't know that she was planning to go shopping before returning home!! This made me get a late start; so, I didn't get a lot done. I got a few picture hung and added a few leaves and branches. The idea is to have my family on one side and my husband's on the other, and our family in the middle. 2 families coming together and starting a new one! <br />
<br />
This is what I got accomplished on Day 2 ..<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-qFpIc-ZpMA6Dy4Zujfz9wbd2cRzPCrwKxdD9gB_Wl-7lbzTNJ0ub0MmxeOCvyoKyLkYfo64X5UaYUUmpNm5tftTTGTEOFSCgTY4jNy5bb6GLsfmkfWJFjqP6wjjCSAoS9mMivmv5ryxU/s1600/day2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="268" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-qFpIc-ZpMA6Dy4Zujfz9wbd2cRzPCrwKxdD9gB_Wl-7lbzTNJ0ub0MmxeOCvyoKyLkYfo64X5UaYUUmpNm5tftTTGTEOFSCgTY4jNy5bb6GLsfmkfWJFjqP6wjjCSAoS9mMivmv5ryxU/s640/day2.jpg" width="580" /></a></div>
<br />
It's Thursday, Day 3 or working on our tree of life project on my wall and it has really gotten me excited to see it finished, but I will have to wait because I ran out of frames and need to print some different pictures because I don't think I am going to add a ton, just special ones for now!!<br />
<br />
This evening I finished what I could... I put up all the frames I had where I could see where I needed branches, leaves, and birds. I has really blossomed into a beautiful creation, I think! I am so glad that my vision is almost a reality and has turned out as beautifully as I pictured months ago.<br />
<br />
This is what I got accomplished on Day 3...<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiu_2D92N9-0tyiF64bQmO4jrto9v8wwuj8dRUH6KxD00EnnORBbFukOQ1qMkweL6g21utKCZWrf8nUinE4tswUNaZ5FcUpUrM7rUW-4Ypamo0eKF3ghgbZKTrnipEdJlD4f9e_K04g17-V/s1600/2become1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="268" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiu_2D92N9-0tyiF64bQmO4jrto9v8wwuj8dRUH6KxD00EnnORBbFukOQ1qMkweL6g21utKCZWrf8nUinE4tswUNaZ5FcUpUrM7rUW-4Ypamo0eKF3ghgbZKTrnipEdJlD4f9e_K04g17-V/s400/2become1.jpg" width="580" /></a></div>
<br />
**The bright white frame on the left of heart I put in to show that I knew there would be one there!<br />
<br />
Hope to share the finished version very soon!! Until then...<br />

<br />
<br />
Last week I heard the craziest, yet kinda funny (if you still have a sense of humor-->;which most don't these days) story!! A 5 year old little boy's class (I'm assuming Kindergarten) gets therapy because of a huge mix up at a bakery. BUT did they really NEED therapy for it!? <br />
<br />
Personally, I don't think so! There are so many other ways this could have carried out, in my opinion. Let me tell ya the story and then we can debate...<br />
<br />
The lady I sit with has a few day time shows that she watches, one being Judge Mablean's Court. On the show a lady was suing a Bakery owner because of a mix-up; which she said resulting in the school getting therapy for her 5 year old son's class.<br />
<br />
She had ordered a Mickey Mouse Cake for his Birthday. Rushing, she only glanced at the cake before taking it to the school for his party! <br />
<br />
The Bakery owner, <u>also RUSHING</u>, assumed her cake had been marked with her last name.... since there were 2 (very different) Mickey Mouse cakes scheduled for pick up that day!!<br />
<br />
It was funny because when the Judge asked what she was suing him for, she had to ask again because she didn't think she had heard her correctly!! ((LOL))<br />
<br />
... You see, the 2nd MM cake schedule for pick up that day was for a Bachelor type party and it was for a Mickey Mouse Penis Cake.. You read right!!! a Mickey Mouse Penis Cake! <br />
<br />
Can you imagine the reaction when that cake was opened in front of her son's teacher, maybe a few parents?! OMGosh, I CAN! Talk about embarrassing!! (((LMAOOoooOOo))) I'm sure it was NOT funny at moment though!<br />
<br />
BUT did this really need to go as far as the school getting therapy? I don't think so!!<br />
<br />
Honestly, I think getting therapy probably made the kids think about it more-so than they would have... BUT they didn't show the picture; and it could have been very graphic! I just think that there could have been a few smugges made by the adults or cut where no one realize it was the genitalia.<br />
<br />
What do you think.. Do you think therapy was necessary?Ginnylandhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17734774783039010810noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-241996033266897429.post-79698332834439415942016-06-09T21:14:00.000-04:002016-06-09T21:14:02.255-04:00Just a Little Graduation MIx Hey Everybody!!<br />

<br />
Anyways... I can't believe that Graduation is TOMORROW!! Wow, how time has flown this year!!<br />
<br />
So, lately I have been working on a project for my daughter's graduation party.. a video that shows her growing up! (it really does.. lol... no one will ever sit and watch the whole thing, I'm sure)<br />
<br />
During my search of awesome music that could fit the occasion, I came across this video of this video of the Kahuku Class of 2015 Senior Class doing a dance/music mix up! It's pretty cool!<br />
<br />
I told my daughter their graduating class should have done something... she just looked at me, like.. "NOT!" lol<br />
<br />
Check it out!! <br />

It was working fine when I went off to bed, but would not come on when I woke up in the morning! It was awful, I have grown quite attached to my PC.<br />
<br />
I asked my mom to borrow her laptop for a few days until I could get something else, but just didn't realize it would take so long to do so. I got shorted hours at work and then didn't get a paycheck at all, but hopefully that is all fixed and everything will be back in order today!! ((Hopefully)) <br />
<br />
I've been looking all over for a great deal on one, something preferably that I didn't have to come out of pocket all at once for... QVC had some awesome deals that allowed for 5 payments and a few other places as well; but I got a better deal than I ever thought possible!!!<br />
<br />
I was looking on the Walmart website (<a href="http://www.walmart.com/">http://www.walmart.com/</a>) over the weekend at some personalized gift ideas for Christmas (I like those kids of gifts), and decided to search their towers. I have a HUGE monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers; I just needed a new tower to run things. <br />
<br />
They had so great prices on their laptops, but I really like my Desktop PC. Looking at the towers and the best deals (rollbacks & online offers), I came across some refurbished towers that definitely met my price range at the moment!!<br />
<br />
Sure, I wasn't big on the idea of a refurbished tower, but who can beat around $90??!! No where that I found! <br />
<br />
It's not over-flowing with features that I would love to have, but it has enough memory to last a while and it will allow me to do what I want; and with a 2 year warranty, just in case it does have issues.. I didn't think I'd ever get another deal closer!<br />
<br />
Getting this tower dirt cheap, made me wonder has the desktop become that extinct that the prices could really be so low!? I just couldn't believe the deal!!<br />
<br />
I love a good deal, don't you?! I plan to keep my eyes open towards the holidays for the online offers that I'll never see in the store! Ginnylandhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17734774783039010810noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-241996033266897429.post-25058410112584651772015-09-17T21:55:00.000-04:002015-09-17T21:55:52.722-04:00M-I-AHello Everyone,<br />
<br />
I am so sorry that I have been M-I-A lately, there has been tons of stuff going on in my life that has kept me SO busy; and a few others that have kept me from blogging. I promise that I will be more active in the future, thanks for sticking with me!<br />
<br />
On top all the chaos with the company continuing to mess up my paycheck, kids returning to school, and all of the other normal life adventures... my computer decided to abandon me. :( It just QUIT!! No warnings, just stopped... I guess it was just worn out. Kinda like I have been feeling lately!<br />
<br />
I've been spending a lot of time focusing on <a href="http://believeinnewme.blogspot.com/" target="_blank"><i>A New Me</i></a> and not so much here, but I plan to make changes in that area!! <i> A New Me</i> has grown A LOT, but we have been just blogging about everything there and not just the meant to be areas... it's all good, but hoping to bring a little bit of that here! <br />
<br />
I have invited my co-owner of <i>A New Me</i>, Joanne, to join me blogging here.. I'm hoping she accepts because I have big ideas for the future...<br />
<br />
Again, I apologize for not blogging more. If all goes right, you all will be glad you hung around! :)<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>What would you like to see being discussed here?? Give me some topic ideas! </b><br />

<br />
My mom is disabled and over the past couple of years her eyes have gotten worse; and she was messing up distributing her medication into the weekly slots, so I started doing it for her. I didn't want her to not add medicines or add too much by mistake... medication isn't to be played with when you have health issues and allergies to some medications (or any other times for that matter)!<br />
<br />
You have to understand that she takes A LOT of medication and this wouldn't be hard to do, and she's had a mix-up before that wasn't fun. I keep all of the bottles, even if they are empty, when I call in refills so that I can verify that the dosage and everything match what she has been taking and if any are left I make sure the pill looks the same.... I have opened a the new bottle on multiple occasions to see a different pill. Most of the time they put a label on the bottle letting you know that the color, size, or shape has changed so that you know. However, I have called before to be sure because there wasn't a label and I wanted to be sure that there had not been a mix-up.. after-all the people at the pharmacy are human too, we all make mistakes.<br />
<br />
I went and picked up about 10 prescriptions on Monday for my mom, but he medicine dispenser was filled until this afternoon so I waited to fill it today. <br />
<br />
As I was finishing her bottles with only 2 to go, I realized that one of her medicines had not been refilled... So, I looked at the bag to see if there was a note letting me know why they didn't fill it, but there wasn't one. So, I picked up the other bottle to see if it was it. It wasn't!<br />
<br />
As I looked at this bottle there was no refill bottle to match and I didn't recognize the name of the medication... hmmm, weird!<br />
<br />
So, I asked my mom if the doctor had put her on something new or changed one of her meds. Usually I take her to doctors appointments, but once in a while my aunt does, so I wanted to ask. As I waited for her to respond, I noticed that I didn't recognize the Doctor's name who prescribed the medication either... So, I got on the phone to the Pharmacy to see what was going on!!<br />
<br />
I asked to speak to the pharmacist who had filled the medication, and explained that I didn't recognize the name of this medication nor the doctor who had prescribed it. He asked for my moms information and then put me on hold briefly to see what was going on....<br />
<br />
After returning to the phone, he explained to me that the hard copy of the prescription had been filed under the wrong name.. my moms!! This was someone else's medication....<br />
<br />
WOW! I'm SO glad for my attention to detail and habit to always check these little things today!!<br />
<br />
I know we all make mistakes, but this could have been very dangerous!! I thought about all the older people and people who have trouble with their eyesight who distribute their own medicine and many of them would have just put in in the slot because they seen their name on it. <br />
<br />
If they were allergic or have medical problems that could not have that medication with.. it would be BAD!!<br />
<br />
So, PLEASE pay attention to your/or someone you love's prescription before giving/taking them because you never know when a mistake has been made!! :) Glad I caught ours!!<br />

Semi traumatic incidents! The little things in life are often over dramatized over and over again! When I was a stay-at-home-mom I watched all the CBS Soap Operas, but after returning to work I didn't get to see them much and lost interest (this was before DVR).<br />
<br />
<a href="http://soapcentral.com/bb/images/sq/logo.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://soapcentral.com/bb/images/sq/logo.jpg" height="200" width="200" /></a>Over the years I have watched here and there and stayed caught up the big events for the most part. However, about 4 years ago I started back watching The Bold and The Beautiful because it is on when I was at work. <br />
<br />
This was a good time since Liam had just gotten back with Hope and things were getting interesting!! <br />
<br />
<br />
((Thinks haven't changed much with the love triangles during these 4 years ... Liam's still flip-flopping))<br />
<br />
Steffy's back and him and Ivy seem to be already broken-up, yet they haven't had that talk... BUT Aly is about to spice things up and blow a top!! I can't wait for some action on here... seems more like love connection that anything else lately. <br />
<br />
I don't want Liam with Steffy, I want him with HOPE; but Kim Matula wanted to further her career & wish her luck! However, I do wish she'd return permanently and blow him and Steffy out of the water!!!!<br />
<br />

Hoping it is to show Steffy how confused Liam really is about who he wants to be with!!<br />
<br />
OR.. will she be home because of what Aly does? Other online spoilers are also hinting of return from Thomas & Thorne as well.<br />

This week appears to be looking intense!! I am hoping this is all true because I don't want another let down! Things with Aly has been brewing for 3 weeks now, so the aftermath needs to as well! <br />
<br />
<br />
A lot of time has been spent focused on sporting the Transgender Community and I hope that EQUAL time is spent reflecting on her Mental Health (which is a huge problem in the world today)!<br />
<br />
Hoping that next week is BIG showdown like the build up has been... and the previews look like it just might be!!! Check out Monday's Preview and the one for this week coming up as well...<br />

Tonight I was trying to find an old picture, but since we swapped computers it was gone. I went to Facebook looking through mine, my husbands, and then my daughter's pictures... This lead me down memory lane! (*tear)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
This upcoming school year she will be a Senior in High School. Wow, where did time go!!?? It was like I was taking a walk down memory lane, seeing pictures that I don't remember ever seeing. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
... and I thought, My baby is growing up. She will be venturing off into her own world in such a short time. I'm not an emotional person, but this is so bittersweet. I can't wait to see what the world has to offer her; she is so smart and I want everything to be great for her!! BUT we all know that Life throws a few curve-balls and we need to be able to handle it (as best as possible that is).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I've been trying to put together a memory album for her, especially her High School years as she ends her journey through the easiest part of life, as a reminder to cherish. This is what really got me looking through her (& a lot of her friends) pictures. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So many lives changing... Trying to find there way in what they want to be and how they want to live their lives as they become young adults. I grown to love many of these kids like they were my own and I'm so proud of all of them. I want them all to strive to be there best they can be and Stand Out!</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikoiIrc_W3MX1Igay2cz-LDfv9oUXYKaIl_TgM2A_8UMEW1ltAX2yL5H92-Di7w1e4iS_0p9lRJiOPllgwntFI2kH5rOkl2jGc5HQV5-yFQzhu8SDsKwAVcQkBxfwJ1rfbjXw0PRqHrHGw/s1600/why+Fit+In.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikoiIrc_W3MX1Igay2cz-LDfv9oUXYKaIl_TgM2A_8UMEW1ltAX2yL5H92-Di7w1e4iS_0p9lRJiOPllgwntFI2kH5rOkl2jGc5HQV5-yFQzhu8SDsKwAVcQkBxfwJ1rfbjXw0PRqHrHGw/s320/why+Fit+In.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
This made me think of the quote pages a friend from My Memories had made for her son whom was graduating from High School.. an awesome scrapbook with Life Advice from a Mother to a Son. <br />
<br />
Back when I first started the Life's Weekly Quotes here .. I was lucky enough to get her approval of sharing a few as long as she wasn't tagged.. Didn't want him to see it! It was such an awesome idea, love it.<br />
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As I read what she had wrote to him along the side of the page, she gave him strong, firm, and loving advice that any parent would give, fitting the Dr. Seuss quote perfectly! Ending with his quote, "Why Fit in, when You were Born to Stand Out!" </div>
<br />
I wish this for my daughter, her friends, and everyone reading this post!! Be YOU!! Strive to be the best person you can be, stand out from the crowd, and appreciate life everyday!!<br />

I love to talk, yet I often find it hard to say the right words when I need to, it is hard to express my feelings and thoughts in person often. I used to write letters or write in a journal just to get my thoughts out there; and if I was having a issue with someone else, it was easier to write them a letter... whether I decided to give it to them or not!<br />
<br />
When is the last time you wrote a letter? Does it help you to communicate in writing? Why?<br />
<br />
I found this extremely helpful when I had heavy thoughts in my relationship, writing a letter to my husband was always the easiest way to say everything needed without being interrupted or sidetracked in some way. Once my husband read the letter he was able to see my points of view; and then give me his honest thoughts as well. Somehow this has been a key way of communication in our relationship and effective as well!<br />
<br />
Writing is a way that allows us to express our selves like no other. With no distractions in our thoughts, we are able to really get our true feelings out and look at things somewhat differently afterwards (in many cases). It can be a stress relief in some ways as well; allowing us to be honest with the person we are writing to or to our selves.. even if we ball it up and toss it in the trash afterwards, we relieved the thoughts from our mind.<br />
<br />
Writing to ease the mind can be helpful personally or in a relationship or any kind.... all we have to do is make the time!Ginnylandhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17734774783039010810noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-241996033266897429.post-66615117272528247992015-06-26T23:43:00.002-04:002015-06-26T23:43:49.702-04:00My Diaper-Cakes: New York Yankees Diaper-Cake<a href="http://diapers-galore.blogspot.com/2015/06/new-york-yankees-diaper-cake.html?spref=bl">My Diaper-Cakes: New York Yankees Diaper-Cake</a>: When I was asked to do a Diaper-Cake with a Baseball theme, I wasn't excited!! As I was skeptical at first, I agree with the points the speaker makes on Education in today's world! The video points out so many important reasons on why education needs to focus on new ways of learning, because the old ways don't work like they used to!! </center>

There's been a lot of talk and shows moving focus towards being/becoming Transgender in the last few weeks/months; and I am not sure how I feel about it all, to be truthful!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I watch ONE Soap Opera, The Bold and The Beautiful, and recently they changed things up and made Maya a transgender woman. Honestly, if they wanted to have a character that's transgender it's not a big deal, but making a character that already has a past/story thats been told wasn't the way to go... in my opinion. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
and Rick's reaction was what is politically right somewhat.. not the typical reaction you would have gotten from him!! ((If you watch the B&B, you know what I mean!))</div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/oAXfaxY70zs" width="560"></iframe><br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
They should have had a new character enter the show and show the life and transition, I think!! However, I know that all the talk about Bruce Jenner revealing his transition into being a woman probably encouraged the B&B to do so.. maybe not, I don't know. <br />
<div>
<br /></div>
I believe that everyone should have the right to be happy and be whom ever they want to be in life! If transitioning from Bruce to Caitlyn brings happiness, then I'm glad. However, I am about tired of hearing about it every time I turn on the television!!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8oxPAn_8-uY" width="560"></iframe><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Kids are asking what in the world, and I have no clue where or how to explain! I think this may be better suited for privacy.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I feel bad for the kids though, I mean.. they are losing a dad and gaining another mom? How does that work, I wonder. I'm sure little kids would have a hard time grasping this!! It's nice to see that the majority of Bruce's kids support him and don't have major issues (on camera, at least). I hope the other's in time will grasp things and be able to regain that family unit in a new way.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Today there has been a lot of talk about the new docuseries (<i>Becoming Us</i>) airing on<i> ABC Family</i> tonight about a 17 year old boy, Ben, who learns his parents are divorcing & his father wants to become a women, and how he struggles to come to terms with things!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/x8W77vScGcg" width="560"></iframe><br /></div>
<br />
<br />
Although, this all is interesting in some ways I struggle! I struggle with the fact that I just can't think this is right to be putting your kids through. I mean, if you feel you need to transition then do so, but why make other's feel like they were a part of your lie/cover-up and leave them wondering if the love you say you had was ever real; and to add kids to the mix to deal with it.. just isn't right, to me. <br />
<br />
Things can't be changed for the people who are sharing their stories now, but hopefully others will see the difficulties that their family had to deal with and be real with their self before living a life they later will feel is a lie.<br />
<br />
I wish them all happiness and the ability to connect and live life to the fullest!!<br />
<br />
I'm curious what you all think??<br />
<br />
<br />

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The color is so pretty to me, but it will get one you if you rub against them. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I just had to get a close up picture of them this year, they are so vibrant looking. </span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I do have a miniature sunflower that is yellow planted beside it, I guess when it multiplied somehow it gained the color from the sunflower??</span></div>

Does your laundry stink? Do you have kids that wet the bed? Someone in your home sweat a lot?? If your answer was YES, I found something that has really helped me get the smell out of my laundry, <b>and it only costs me about $2.50 at the grocery store!</b></div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
For YEARS I have been re-washing loads of laundry because they still had a sweaty or pee'ie smell to them. At first I thought it was my detergent because I was buying cheaper or store brand, but even after switched to more expensive/name brand detergents I still found it happening more than I wanted.</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
My husband works outside and during the summer months he gets SWEATY/SMELLY (but don't tell him I said so .. lol) and My youngest daughter had issues with bed waiting for many years. I found it was hard to get the smell out of her clothes/blankets; especially those that she had neglected to bring to the laundry room.</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
My aunt and I were discussing how hard it was to get smells out of laundry one day; because she was diagnosed with TMAU a few years back and sweats a lot at work in the heat as well... and she told me this little old school secret (lol).</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;">
Vinegar!? Who would have thought!? </span></h3>

Some of you may know that vinegar can work wonders on getting the smell out of your laundry, but until that moment.. I didn't!</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
So, I went to the store and bought me a bottle of white Vinegar, brought it home, washed my daughters load of laundry, washed a load of my husbands work clothes, dryed them all, and was surprisingly SHOCKED at the difference!! </div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
You see, I am a skeptic! lol I din't think it was going to work and also worried that my clothes were going to smell like vinegar ((ughh))... But it worked and I couldn't smell any trace of the vinegar; and I have been adding it to my laundry every since!! :)</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
I thought.. this is The best kept laundry tip I've heard ((lol)). This is going to make laundry days a lot easier/faster!!</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
<a href="http://green-mom.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/distilled-vinegar.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://green-mom.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/distilled-vinegar.jpg" height="320" width="320" /></a>However, now I don't purchase it in the small bottles, I get the big jug (about the size of a bottle of Clorox). </div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
If you want to do this, I add <b>about a cup</b> (or same amount I use of Clorox in Whites) to the load when you first turn the water in, and I have poured in the Clorox spot on washer as well (not sure if I am supposed to or nor, it hasn't caused any issues thus-far). </div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
I have to say, this has been a laundry tip that I will use for years to come, for sure! :)</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
*P.S.</div>
<div dir="ltr">
I have also learned that vinegar is an awesome cleaning agent as well!!</div>

Somehow at this moment I think of how GRATEFUL I am that I decided not to go to the theater to watch this with a bunch of my friends (lol). In my previous post <a href="http://livinginglife.blogspot.com/2015/05/50-shades-of-grey-hype.html">The 50 Shades of Grey Hype</a> I talked about how much the movie had been talked about before people watched it, yet I didn't see the same effect afterwards. <br />
<br />
As I mentioned, I have never read any of the 50 Shades of Grey books prior to watching!<br />
<br />
The movie was really good, I like how the captured the intensiveness that the characters were supposed to be feeling in the situations and how Christian started to become vulnerable in ways he couldn't understand. My best friend has read all of the books and loved the movie; however, she said the movie didn't compare to the book. I think most that have read it probably thought the same thing!<br />
<br />
Books are always better because they can capture so much more with the words, in my opinion. I have heard the same reviews from people with the comparison of the books/movies of the Twilight series. I don't like to read; so, I wouldn't be able to compare them at all.<br />
<br />
50 Shades of Grey was, in my opinion, a good adult movie; and I hope that they do movies for the other two books. However, I DID NOT like the way the ended the movie... at all!! I guess they did this to open the door for part 2, hopefully!<br />
<br />
Have you watched the movie? Read the book(s)? What are your thoughts?<br />

When 50 Shades of Greg was about to come out, that's all I seen people talking about on Social Media; however, after I heard very little! Did it not live up to the hype?</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
I haven't read any if the books, and mist people that I heard talking bad about the movie said it didn't live up to them. Maybe this is why the talk was so diminished after watching. I'm not sure, but I do wonder...</div>
<div dir="ltr">

<div dir="ltr">
Have you seen it? Have you read the books? What are your reviews?</div>

Did it live up to the hype in your opinion?</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br /></div>
<div dir="ltr">
I've rented the movie and planning to watch later tonight... Then, I'll share my final thoughts!</div>

As I have read post after post from him, his family, her mom, and many friends on Facebook it made me appreciate the time I have with my children even more!<br />
<br />
The accident was horrible and according to the news the mother may face charges... I understand the law, but living with this is enough, I think! Accidents happen, we are all human and make mistakes; and sometimes I think that the affects on you afterwards has much more impact than anything the law could throw at you!!<br />
<br />
As I read her posts today my heart broke.. I can not even begin to imagine the pain she feels with losing her beautiful daughter; and her brother as well. (If you pray, please add them to your prayers)<br />
<br />
Life is short... Hold the ones you love and tell them as often as you can!! <br />
<br />
Social Media is a great way to keep in touch, don't get me wrong; but pick up the phone and call the people you care about or visit if you're close by. I've seen people telling their moms happy mothers day on Facebook all day, and I hope that they don't forget to make that call on Sunday and say it... not just tag them in a post.<br />
<br />
I know some of you are thinking that you would never let that happen, but I am sure many will forget!<br />
<br />
Birthdays, mothers/fathers day, and other special occasions deserve a call in my opinion; too many times I have seen people close to me crushed because they didn't get that call that they wanted to get so bad!<br />
<br />
Life is short and we never know if we have tomorrow! Make time to <strike>tell</strike> show the people you love, just how much you do! If you pass tomorrow, don't leave them wondering if they were important to you or without memories that they'll cherish every day after!<br />
